Business Administration Apprentice

As an apprentice with our Coordinator team, you will be responsible for: 

Creating paperwork packs used to sign up learners for our Study Programme and apprenticeships Keep up-to-date with our current vacancies list, ensuring they are accurate and live Keep records of learners, informing Coordinators when six-weekly reviews are due Ensure the team have adequate supplies of stationary, ordering more if necessary Helping the Coordinator team to complete paperwork and submit it to varying departments

Training:

The Apprenticeship consists of:

Level 3 Business Administration Standard & Qualification Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)

You will attend two monthly sessions as part of your off the job training throughout your apprenticeship. Most aspects of your training will be delivered on-site by Skills Group, where you will gain all the skills, knowledge and experience to assist you in this role. Your duties will vary from day to day, and throughout your on-site learning process you will work closely with experienced members of staff.

You will have regular visits every six to eight weeks from your designated assessor, who will help you and monitor your progress throughout your apprenticeship programme. Further details will be made available at a later date.



Training Outcome:

A full-time job may be offered to the right candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship for either an administrator or should the candidate wish they can do further training.

You will gain expert career advice from your designated Coordinator throughout your time on the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm or Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday. (breaks to be confirmed)
