Apprentice Workshop Technician

Apply decorative laminates to composite panels used in aircraft interiors Potting of inserts into composite structures with precision and care  Bond various brackets, equipment, and inserts using a range of adhesives  Assemble and bond components and sub-assemblies in accordance with detailed engineering drawings and specifications Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and adheres to strict procedural guidelines Conduct self-inspections to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Maintain strict health and safety practices within the composite area, ensuring a safe working environment Operate and utilise various hand tools and air tools in a precise and effective manner Interpret and understand detailed engineering drawings and procedures to complete tasks to exacting standards
