Administration and Invoicing Apprentice
Youre day to day role will be:
Ordering office supplies Assisting in the preparation and processing of invoices Responding to emails and calls from customers or suppliers regarding invoices, payments and account status Entering and updating customer and vendor information in databases and accounting software Supporting general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising office supplies Gaining proficiency in relevant software applications - Such as accounting software, spreadsheets, and document management systems to enhance efficiencyTraining Outcome:
Business Analyst, Careers Adviser, HR Manager, Accounts assistant

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch).
