Apprentice Recruitment Office Administrator

Answering and directing incoming calls Resolving general queries via phone and email Sending candidate documentation and updating the CRM system Reformatting candidates’ CVs for client review Managing multiple inboxes and maintaining digital/physical records Keeping the office organised, including maintaining an inventory of supplies Supporting lead generation activities Ensuring CRM data is accurate and up to date Performing compliance checks (e.g. right-to-work and employment references) Providing candidates with relevant information in a timely manner Assisting with organising events Providing ad hoc support to the Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession You will experience a blended learning model You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio. At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged This is predominantly a work based programme which means that your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours We host supporting workshops (x9) regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you will attend in person at our Derby Road campus (remote arrangements can be made if necessary Monthly tutorials are held via Microsoft Teams
