Training:
Training will be to a Business administration level 3 in the first instance
Additional training for compliance, governance, marketing and sales can also all be undertaken.
We are looking for someone who enjoys learning and growing with the company
Training Outcome:
Specific training and mentoring is being given to this role to ensure that the right person will become Office Manager, handling their own administration team as the company grows.

Our expertise spans across Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs), with our specialisation being in solar panel design, supply and installation, complemented by electrical service provision. Our objective is to ensure the optimal performance and cost-effectiveness of energy provision through renewable sources. We excel in providing end-to-end solutions, from initial assessment and design to final installation and maintenance. Prior to installation, every client receives a site visit to ensure optimal design and installation for maximum output. We seek to understand the needs of our clients and offer a best value bespoke solution. LJM Solutions Ltd is MCS accredited, currently delivering 15-20 residential installs per week, with 2-3 commercial installs per month. We have fully qualified teams of installers and electricians with a commitment to deliver quality, customer service, and sustainability. We continue to grow, with a mission to keep everything in house to deliver our vision of excellence. We prioritise training, qualifications, health and safety, and social value; a fundamental part of which is employing local people, including apprenticeships.
Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 9-5 (Flexibility available) Friday - 9 - 4 One day release for training
