Apprenticeship Property Manager
Assist in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, including maintenance, inspections, and tenant communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing queries and concerns under the guidance of senior team members.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
Support with managing lease agreements, tenant screenings, and move-ins/move-outs.
Assist with financial tasks such as rent collection, budgeting for property operations, and expense management.
Contribute to strategies that maximize occupancy and rental income.
Stay updated on market trends and provide recommendations to the team for property improvements.
Training:
Hybrid - (online or on -site) working towards Level 3 Housing and property management apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.
Training Outcome:
The right candidate may be offered an ongoing role, and could be promoted as a Manager
