Apprentice Business Admin – Resourcer
Supporting the recruitment team with a wide range of administrative tasks
Create emails to candidates, clients and internal colleagues
Create various correspondence relating to job offer letters, create contracts
Ensure company databases and systems are up to date and accurate
Obtain Documentation and completing compliance checks
Communicating and building relationships with a range of stakeholders and clients
Maintain accurate system records
Training:
The Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship training will be delivered remotely within the workplace with onsite visits every calender month.
Functional skills will be delivered on College premises if required.
Training Outcome:
Opportunity for the right candidate to further develop skills within the resource/recruitment side in addition to various paths into management roles.

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
