Corporate Affairs Apprentice
To support the Corporate Affairs Team in the collation of evidence files for internal and external assessments and inspections.
Coordinate planned visits with clinical services, Board members and Governors. Ensure relevant information to support visits to services is provided according to an agreed schedule.
To provide day to day administration support. This will include planning meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, minute-taking, maintenance of databases and data entry.Training:
Upon successful completion, you will achieve a Business Administration level 3 qualification. This will be delivered online and assessor visits to the office, study time will be allocated to you and a dedicated mentor. You will have a dedicated mentor to support you through your apprenticeship, providing support and advice within the workplace, as well as helping you manage the balance of work and apprenticeship studies. You will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally and will be encouraged to attend our in-house training courses and shadow colleagues from other services. There may be further opportunities depending on your interests and strengths.
Training Outcome:
On achieving your qualification you will be eligible to apply for administration vacancies within the Trust You may have the opportunity to apply for higher level apprenticeships that are suited to the role you apply for

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Shifts to be confirmed.
