Administrative Assistant Apprentice
Learn to manage the filing and administration of key wholesaler accounts
Process invoices and credit notes using Sage software, with full training provided
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
Reconcile statements, handle payments to suppliers, and archive important documents
Be the first point of contact, managing phone calls and liaising with different branches and departments
Help ensure that our compliance procedures are followed across all branches

B J Wilson Ltd is a group of six pharmacies based throughout the Derby area. We offer a collection and delivery service to our patients and customers and have a dedicated team responsible for the organisation and preparation of medicines in compliance packs for residential and nursing homes. Our number one aim is to give a first-class service to our customers and patients whilst keeping a friendly and customer-focused approach.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm with 30 minutes lunch
