Administration Apprenticeship
Key tasks include the following:
Undertake general administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering materials, sending job information/packs to contractors. Use of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Dealing with inbound and outbound calls with customer, clients and contractors to assist in the delivery of services. Documenting the phone calls on both internal and external systems. Helping colleagues with any other tasks that may arise.Training:
Training will take place both within the workplace and within Springboard.
Off the jobs hours are calculated as 6 hours per week where apprentices are at work and learning something new to perform their job.
Training Outcome:
Full-time job roles may be available.
Education progression could be within a Level 4 HR programme

They are the appointed contractor for several major insurance companies.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Half an hour unpaid break for lunch
