The role will be to support young people that are overcoming trauma and young people with learning difficulties, who have so much to offer and just need the guidance of nurturing adults that can show them the world isn't such a scary place. Our aim is to provide the young people with a safe home, which mirrors as near a possible a family home.

We have vacancies in our homes for young people with Learning disabilities and complex needs that require adults that are patient, caring, compassionate and reliable. Our young people need familiarity and consistency, with adults that can commit to 40 hrs a week.

This role offers hands-on experience in a supportive team environment, where you'll develop essential skills in care and education for children with learning disabilities and or complex needs, while making a real difference in their lives.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 24 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Children, young people and families practitioner (Level 4)
