Reception duties - Cover the reception for 2 days and annual leave cover:
Answering the telephone Registering Purchase Ledger invoices Filing Incoming post Outgoing post Phone system upkeepFinance duties to assist the finance department for the other 3 days:
Posting Invoices on to the finance software Posting Journals onto the finance software Analyse the Holiday pay for weekly payroll Other analysis work Support the finance department with any adhoc tasksTraining:
This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
Training Outcome:
Possibility for further progression in NVQ's.
Employer Description:
We complete Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Air Conditioning construction contracts. We have around 195 employees. Our office is based in Preston with a small satellite office in Liverpool
Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
