Apprentice Vehicle Mechanic
While under supervision:
Observe and learn how to repair and service vehicles Diagnose faults Repair MOT failures and MOT advisories Fit batteries Puncture repairs Fit tyres Alignments Replace timing belt/wet belts Communicate with suppliers/customersTraining:
You will attend York College on day release for the duration of the two years and train/work with us for the remainder of the week. At college, you will attain the knowledge required to complete the apprenticeship. A work-based assessor will visit the workplace to carry out reviews and practical observations in conjunction with the employer training.
Training Outcome:
Permanent full time position on successful completion of the apprenticeship
