Assembly of information for our carbon footprint assessment.
Administration of Worksmatic's Hasmatic Software.
Assisting SHEQ and Compliance Managers, Directors and other senior managers.
Assist with attaining and maintaining Industry Accreditations and Quality Management Certifications.
Maintaining and updating registers, modifying and updating forms,
Inputting supplier/subcontractor information.
Filing.
General office / accounts duties as required incl opening the post etc.
Ensure that the administration runs smoothly, and all tasks are done in an accurate and timely manner.
Seek to ensure that suppliers & customers receive a professional & courteous service from us.
Training:
Training will take a blended approach via Microsoft team and face to face at Bridgwater & Taunton campuses.
