Finance Apprentice
Duties include but are not limited to the following -
Posting and reconciling banks Posting Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable invoices Managing fixed assets – additions, disposals and depreciation Preparing month end accruals and prepayments Assisting with production of month end management accounts Managing the finance inbox Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Assist with ad hoc finance project work General admin dutiesTraining:
The Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship Standard includes 6 AAT exams, in addition to the Synoptic Assessment as part of the End-Point Assessment (EPA) process. You will receive an AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting upon successful completion.
The knowledge units will be delivered at the EMA training hub in Nottingham (depending on apprentices’ location) through day release.

Introduction to Bookkeeping (L2 Unit) Principles of Bookkeeping (L2 Unit) Management Accounting Techniques Financial Accounting: Preparing Financial Statements Business Awareness Tax Processes for BusinessTraining Outcome:
MSG Tours are keen to progress the apprentice through the various levels of AAT once completing level 3 AAT,with plans to progress onto higher study with the capability and willingness to progress further onto chartered status.
