IT Support Technician Apprentice

The Group Management Team supports the wider company to deliver our work to a high standard and cost effectively. We see the main tasks of the role as:
IT Administration:
Setting up and supporting user access to key software and platforms. Office, ERP systems Back-end maintenance of software and systems 1st line support or referral on enquiries. Liaising with external support provider Providing training and onboarding to new usersInformation Management:
Supporting set up and management of data extraction, and manipulation Maintaining tools, cleaning data, and providing QA Setting up and supporting integration of different systems through API or Ad Hoc approachesBusiness and Finance:
Producing internal reports. Initial information, over time information and analysis, and eventually information, analysis, and advicePlease note this role is mainly software focused.
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying ICT (Information Communications Technician) level 3 apprenticeship standard You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills Your training will include gaining a level 3 IT qualification
Training Outcome:
Potential for permanent role after completion of apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm). Shifts TBC
