Childcare Apprenticeship - Leicester
As someone passionate about working in childcare, you will work alongside other qualified staff, supporting the care and development of children aged 0 to 5.
You will receive continued professional development from guidance through our team, with the aim of gradually being delegated more responsibility throughout your time with us, from becoming a qualified practitioner through to room leader and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:

You will possess the ability to communicate effectively inclusive of children, parents and staff and be passionate about working in the childcare sector.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
Training will include paediatric first aid qualification.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 18 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Level 3 Ealy Years Educator Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full-time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
