Assist senior accountants and managers
Assist Tax Manager in preparing personal tax returns
Ongoing in-house training in accountancy
Ongoing in-house training in software that we use
Ad hoc tasks and duties
Training:
The successful candidate is expected to train for AAT level 3 (including bridging level 2) with Babbington Business College. This takes the form of online class based training once a week.
There will also be in-house training to enable the candiate to fullfil their duties.
Training Outcome:
The successful apprentice, can if they wish, study for the professional accountancy qualifications to level up from being a Qualified Accounting Technician to being hopefully becoming a Qualified Accountant.
This will coincide with the successful candiate progressing through the firm.
Employer Description:
We are a busy professional accountancy practice that has been operating for 7 years, and two directors and manager each have at least 25 years experience, and a fantastic background working with small medium enterprises.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
