People Apprentice
Input data, create letters/contracts, pull reports and maintain our People System (HiBob).
Be a point of contact for our employees, responding to People queries in a timely manner and monitoring the People inbox.
Support the People team with reviewing current processes and implementing ideas to improve our HR function
Support the People Team with the administrative recruitment tasks, including working with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, shortlisting candidates, carrying out telephone interviews etc.
Being a point of contact for new starters and making sure their line manager has reached out to them prior to joining.
Ensure new starters are set up correctly and enrolled onto the necessary systems/platforms.
Assist in organising training courses and initiatives to help grow our team.
Managing our learning systems to make sure our teams are completing all of their necessary training on time.
Get involved in exciting HR projects that shape the future of our company, from wellbeing initiatives to DE&I efforts.

Online on-demand On-demand study through the Virtual Learning Platform, with 24/7 access to your full course (four hours per week) Work based projects Show day-one impact by completing workplace projects with new skills and knowledge that also count towards your portfolio of evidence for the End Point Assessment (EPA).Training Outcome:
Once this apprenticeship is complete, there will be potential to evolve into a generalist People Coordinator and continue to grow with a Level 5 CIPD qualification.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. Core hours 10.00am - 3.00pm (standard hours 8.30am to 5.00pm).
