Business Administration Apprenticeship - Bournemouth
This is ann excellent opportunity to learn all about how lettings work. Working in a busy office with our lettings admin team and property management team.
You will be dealing with clients face to face, on the phone and email and helping with data input, chasing paperwork, credit checks, and other processes in the lettings administration.
Day to day responsibilities:
Answering the phone Greeting clients Emails Chasing paperwork Data input Registering deposits Entering documents onto signature websites Deadfiling/Archiving paperwork Shredding Being a support to both teams in helping with daily tasksThe role offers 20 days holiday and all bank holidays.
There is a pension scheme with NEST.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3

Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm Every other Saturday from 9.00am to 3.30pm
