Business Administrator Apprentice

You will be supporting business administration team with the following tasks:

Administrative Support. Managing communications and interaction between clients and employees through phone, email and our job management platform. Updating and maintaining accurate records on the job management platform. Database management and updating client and employee information. Handling enquiries via phone, email and in-person, ensuring professionalism throughout. Ordering and dealing with suppliers via email and phone.

Training:

The apprentice will be expected to attend Craven College on a Tuesday fortnightly and attend work the rest of the days.

Permanent employment may be offered, with an opportunity to progress in the company.
