HR Apprentice (36063)
A normal day would include:
Supporting the local HR team in delivering HR processes throughout the whole employee lifecycle, from onboarding new employees to successful offboarding of leavers Executing a variety of HR processes including onboarding new colleagues, supporting employee absence processes, drafting contracts and contract amendments, calculating annual leave entitlement and overseeing employee benefits Updating our HRIS system to input and update employee data, ensuring our data is accurate and reflective of any changes Supporting the HR Advisors with administrative support in Employee Relation (ER) cases, such as minute taking, updating notes and producing letters Support in the facilitation and delivery of various HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement surveys, company briefings and performance management processes Overseeing the local training process, ensuring we remain in budget and document training outcomes Producing monthly reports to HR and business stakeholders Collaborate with team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures Provide general HR support in response to day-to-day queriesWhat you could go on to do
