Business Administration Apprenticeship
The apprentice will be doing the following tasks:
Providing office support to both customers and employees Answering emails and messages Use of bespoke software Data entry Speaking with customers/ clients via telephone Using postal/courier sites Social media Adding to and managing spreadsheets Filing & Scanning Photocopying & archiving Supporting with line manager with additional admin supportTraining:
Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship Standard qualification, which includes:
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) In-house trainingTraining Outcome:
Possible full-time permanent role for the right person.
