Customer Care Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Sending and receiving emails
Filing documents
Booking interviews
Greeting the public and dealing with their enquiries
Liaising with social workers and carers
Training:
Apprentices will work to complete the Level 3 Business Administrator standard
They are appointed a Skills Coach who works with them to deliver work-based learning via face to face and online meetings
Apprentices are allowed 6 hours per week of the job hours to enable them to complete work and self-reflection activities
On completion of training, apprentices do an end point assessment
Training Outcome:
On successful completion of this apprenticeship, full time employment will be considered
Employer Description:
Clements Health Care UK is checked and approved by Care Quality Commission (CQC).They provide a person-centred service that gives independence, companionship and offer peace of mind for family and friends knowing that their loved one is safe at home. All their care workers are well trained, fully vetted and DBS checked (Police checked).
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
