Sales and Lettings/Leasehold Administration Apprentice
Develop a good understanding of Affordable Home ownership
Develop a good understanding of Leasehold Management
Support the delivery of a high-quality service across a wide range of tenure and product types
Assist with “post sale” management of new leaseholders, shared owners and intermediate tenants to ensure they are fully aware of the services provided and their obligations
Support the sales process; dealing enquiries and assisting with the sales progression from reservation through to completion, within set timescales
Support and contribute to develop positive relationships with internal and external teams to support service excellence, particularly in relation to Plus Danes Homes and Communities directorates
Provide assistance and administrative support and to keep and maintain accurate records relative to the function of the team
Support the team to ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt, timely and professional manner
Assist with performance monitoring
Make sure all work is aligned to the vision and values of Plus Dane
Adhere to processes in line with best practice / current legislation
Other duties as may be reasonably assigned from time to time, within the level of this job description. To support in the provision of a comprehensive service for all Plus Dane sales and leasehold activity
Training:
Training will be provided by Kingdom Academy; you'll be working towards a level 3 Housing and property management apprenticeship standard
Functional Skills in English and maths if required
Training Outcome:
You will be working towards a Level 3 Housing qualification and at the end of your apprenticeship you will be supported to apply for internal vacancies.
