Apprentice Business Administrator (Firedoor Department)

Answering emails and messages Maintaining records Filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving Cross referencing reports Dealing with incoming internal and external calls Proactively calling and updating clients & suppliers Printing invoices Logging and updating the PO system Inputting on Sage Placing supplier orders Ticking statements back Adding to and managing spreadsheets Any other administration duties as required
