Answering emails and messages
Maintaining records
Filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
Cross referencing reports
Dealing with incoming internal and external calls
Proactively calling and updating clients & suppliers
Printing invoices
Logging and updating the PO system
Inputting on Sage
Placing supplier orders
Ticking statements back
Adding to and managing spreadsheets
Any other administration duties as required
