Answering emails and messages
Meet and greet visitors and clients
Liaise with external customers: cleaners, maintenance, suppliers
Order office supplies
Accompany potential new tenants on office viewings
Housekeeping and ensuring office and facilities are kept clean and tidy
Ensure office facilities are kept in order
Dealing with Ad-hoc issues as they arise
Using postal/courier sites
Providing a high level of customer service
Compiling and sending letters to clients
Training:
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
Training Outcome:
Potential to have a full-time role within the company following completion of the apprenticeship
