Sales Administrator Apprentice
Main duties:
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Take messages and pass them to the correct person. Answer email and phone call enquiries. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Assist and follow up to our customer base. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer sales and orders. Archive records when needed. Assist with various aspects of the business as needed. Photocopying and filing. Focus on adding value and contribute to the efficiency of the organisation. Provide support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.Training:
Level 3 Business Administration at Stockton Riverside College. Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required).
