Apprentice Machine Operative
Operate and maintain machines used in the production process.
Able to carry out Lean Manufacturing Projects
Work to 5s
Set up machines according to specifications.
Consistently quality checking.
Able to identify and understand problems and apply techniques for improvement
Escalate findings where necessary
Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts.
Training:
A fully work-based programme working towards a Level 3 Improvement Technician standard.
Training Outcome:
Full time role available upon completion for the right candidate.
