Business Administration Apprentice

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data is uploaded and maintained on our company management information system You will also be required to carry out quality checks to certify accuracy of both paper and electronic records You will regularly produce reports from our management information system which will be distributed throughout the company You will take part in the learner registration and certification process communicating with awarding bodies You will need to provide reception cover when necessary, which will involve operating a small switchboard, greeting visitors, setting up rooms for meetings and events, distributing incoming and outgoing post. Good customer service skills are essential You will on a daily basis carry out other general office duties such as letter writing, photocopying, scanning and filing You will be enrolled on one of our apprenticeship programmes completing a business administration qualification

Training:

You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. 

You may also need to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if not achieved prior All training will be provided remotely via teams, during paid working hours

Training Outcome:
It is hoped but not guaranteed that a full offer of employment can be offered to the learner at the end of their apprenticeship. We will discuss opportunities within the business with you.

Heart of England Training is a private training provider established in 1971. We offer a carefully constructed portfolio of apprenticeships for businesses, schools and hairdressing/beauty salons. As well as this we also offer: 16-19 education programmes for young people in hairdressing, beauty therapy and sport; Pre-16 provisions with schools; Loan/privately-funded commercial courses including CAVA (assessors and internal quality assurance qualifications) Education and training qualifications.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm – occasional requirement to work additional hours.
