Apprentice Receptionist

The role will be working on reception dealing with patients and incoming calls, prescription requests, tasks, workflow, online triage with the on-call doctor.

Training:
This is a work-based apprenticeship  Training will be delivered by Hawk Training both face to face and remotely within your workplace

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate would complete the apprenticeship and potentially be offered a permanent role at the surgery

Employer Description:
The Swan Medical Centre is a GP practice with 8000 patients. We have a multi-skilled team of staff including paramedics, pharmacists, nurses, HCA and physiotherapists.

Working Hours :
30 hours a week within the practice opening hours. Monday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Tuesday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Wednesday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm or 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Friday, 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
