IT apprentice (National World)
Working closely with the Group's Problem and Incident Management specialists to provide telephone and Desktop Support to computer users throughout National World Publishing Ltd
Working as part of a team to provide 20/7 hour customer support
Manage the company's Active Directory user and Google email accounts
Provide support for the core business applications
Administer the core business applications
Use Telephone and remote management tools to resolve customer issues quickly to achieve SLA objectives
Training:

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Information Communications Technician, with training in how to:
Efficiently operate and control your ICT infrastructure – physical or virtual hardware, software, network services and data storage Use infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment and monitoring of infrastructure components Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards Support the information systems needs for your businessTraining Outcome:
This role offers the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, contingent on performance.
