Apprentice Examinations Team Administrator
To provide clerical and administrative support to the exams department to a high standard of accuracy and presentation, to include general correspondence and reports, whilst undertaking efficient execution of general office duties
To ensure the efficient, effective and accurate input of data to College Information Systems
To maintain all associated documentation, files and records and make available for inspection or audit if requested to do so
Compile and order all stationery requirements for the exams department
To arrange and service team meetings, distributing agenda, take notes and prepare minutes for the team meetings
To book additional accommodation/facilities/activities as directed by exams department
To support the receipting of examination papers
Support the exams department area’s risk assessment process
To maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Any other duties, which may reasonably be regarded as commensurate with the responsibilities of the post
Training:
Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard
This is a work based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours. We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you will attend in person at our Derby Road campus. There are also monthly online tutorials via Microsoft Teams.
You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession You will experience a blended learning model You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arrangedTraining Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm.
