Business Administrator Apprentice

Using OneDrive to book Operatives in to carry out work for Fire Door Installs. Contacting tenants via email, text, and telephone to book instalments. Order materials. Organise site survey inspections. Update and maintain databases (Excel). Deal with internal and external customers. Producing a range of documents (email and letters). Communication (face-to-face, telephone, and written).

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. End Point Assessment (EPA) Functional skills in maths, English if required. Regular training and development sessions to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice.

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.

Client satisfaction is very important in our business planning with an average in excess of 70% repeat business over the years, based on turnover. The Maintenance teams undertakes various reactive and planned maintenance projects with a strong local Client base using dedicated professional in house tradespersons for key customers. They undertake public authority, industrial, commercial and retail maintenance, facilities management, repairs, refurbishment, term maintenance and new build operations. They manage in excess of 500 orders annually with a large fleet of vans and pick-ups for their workforce.

Working Hours :
Monday – Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm & Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
