HR Apprentice

You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including:

Recruitment Employee relations Performance management Employee engagement

You will support the team in delivering a high-quality HR service while learning and developing your own HR skills and knowledge.

Training:
The apprentice will be working towards the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. Monthly classroom attendance in Norwich with our partners Blue Sky Professional Development. A People Professional Level 5 Appprenticeship Standard may be available if the successful candidate has relevant qualifications or experience.

Training Outcome:
This role will develop you to be a competent HR professional with potential for further study and to prepare you for a role as HR Advisor.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, some flexibility required to work evenings on occasion and time back will be arranged. 1 hour lunch breaks.
