Business Administrator Apprentice
Providing administrative support across various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management
Answering phones and directing calls or taking messages in a professional manner
Assisting in scheduling interviews and maintaining the team’s calendar
Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Assisting in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate compliance checks and paperwork
Handling incoming mail, emails, and correspondence
Ordering office supplies and assisting in general office duties
Completing any other ad hoc duties as required by the team

After completing your apprenticeship, you could transition into a full-time Administrative Assistant role. In this position, you would take on more responsibility, handling a wider range of administrative tasks such as overseeing office operations, managing calendars, and supporting senior management more directly. You will develop advanced organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
