Level 2 Facilities Operative Apprenticeship
Overall purpose for this role
To ensure the delivery of Facilities services to a high standard. Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of FM operations.Main duties and responsibilities
Carry out floor checks on a daily basis ensuring that any issues are dealt with a timely manner (checklist). Opening, scanning and distribution of incoming post. Printing, packing and franking of outgoing mail. Scanning, photocopying, printing, disc copying and burning as requested. Dealing with queries that are raised via the Facilities Help Desk and via email. To assist with photocopying and scanning. Ensuring that the reprographics room is kept tidy. To ensure that any issues relating to the MFDs are logged with the service provider and dealt with in a timely manner. Arrangement of couriers. Assisting with minor moves and changes within the building. Ensuring that any maintenance issues are reported through the correct channels.Training:
The apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace.
Training Outcome:
Then upon successful completion of the course, you may be took on as a permanent staff member.
