Parts Advisor Apprenticeship - Drive Vauxhall Darlington
Parts Advisors are also known as vehicle parts operatives. They are responsible for ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
Whilst the role may vary by employed based on the specific needs to the location, the duties of a Parts Advisor Apprentice will typically include:
Building relationships with internal and external customers Taking orders from customers in person and over the phone Maintaining stock room Identifying parts Processing payments for parts sold Working with technicians to ensure they have the correct parts to complete their workTraining:
The Programme typically lasts between 12 and 24 months depending on the career path chosen and you'll achieve a nationally recognised qualification All of our Apprentices are employed through the Dealer Network and attend week-long block training at our state-of-the-art Training Centre in Coventry. Block training is complemented by a combination of regular coaching visits from one of our experienced coaches as well as virtual classroom sessions and E-Learning modules Your development is supported through your Apprenticeship journey, with your learning focused towards achieving a qualification recognised across the motor industry. This will provide the foundation to develop your career, as there are lots of opportunities within our expanding Dealer Network to progress and move into new roles once you’re qualified

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. However, each of our dealers will have different requirements.
