Entering customer orders
Issuing customer quotes
Dealing with sample and catalogue requests
Handling general customer enquiries such as progress chasing
Training:
L2 Customer service practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
Training to be provided in house
Qualification to be provided by Rochdale Training Association, OL16 5NA (1 day per month)
20% of working time to be devoted to off the job training
Training Outcome:
Customer Service Agent
Further qualifications may include Customer Service Level 3 and/or Business Administration Level 3

Lee Spring Limited are a distributor and manufacturer of springs and pressings, based in Rochdale. We have sites based around the world (USA, China, India, Mexico) and have been operational in the UK since the 1970's.
Working Hours :
Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 5.00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm (0.5 hour unpaid lunch break)
