Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Apprentice, you will be exposed to a variety of HR functions, giving you a well-rounded experience in a generalist roleKey responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head of People in the day-to-day HR operations Collaborating closely with the HR Officer to assist with HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and HR systems Assisting in onboarding processes, including interview scheduling, pre-screening, new hire documentation, and inductions Providing general HR support in areas such as employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compliance Supporting wider HR projects across various departments as needed, gaining exposure to all facets of HRProfessional development:

Gain practical experience in all aspects of HR Have the opportunity to obtain formal qualifications in HR Work closely with senior HR professionals, receiving mentoring and guidance throughout your apprenticeship Access training and development programs aimed at enhancing your HR expertise Potential for a permanent role upon successful completion of your apprenticeshipTraining:
You'll be working towards the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship standard, delivered through weekly day release
Training Outcome:
There may be a full time permanent opportunity with the company upon completion of apprenticeship for the right candidate
