Apprentice Administrator
Your duties will include:
Answering and directing incoming calls. Opening, sorting and distributing daily post. Taking the post to the Post Office 2-3 times a week. Maintaining the client database. Replenishing office supplies. General administration – printing, filing, scanning, shredding, and keeping the office in order. Issuing letters of authority to product providers. Corresponding with providers across the market to obtain up to date plan information. Producing and updating client reports. Issuing emails to clients requesting appointments with their adviser. Chasing clients for any outstanding documentation.Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator Standard. Workplace delivery.
Training Outcome:
Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 30 minutes for lunch.
