Teach Plus are currently working with a high-performing, community-focused primary school in Leyton, Waltham Forest, rated Outstanding by Ofsted. The school is committed to developing happy, confident, and successful learners, and is now seeking a Reception Class Teacher to join their nurturing and inclusive team.
The school welcomes applications from ECTs as well as experienced teachers who share their commitment to excellence and community.
As a Reception Class Teacher you will be required to:
Deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Support children’s academic and personal development in a warm, structured environment Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child Create a safe and welcoming classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum A genuine passion for working with young children Excellent communication and classroom management skills UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service The right to work in the UK
