Administration Apprentice
Maintaining Compliance and Fleet Systems: The apprentice will assist in updating and managing compliance systems, including tracking staff training records and ensuring all documentation is current. They will also help maintain fleet records such as vehicle servicing, MOTs, insurance, and logbooks to ensure the business meets all regulatory requirements.
Administrative and Scheduling Support: Daily tasks may include scheduling appointments, coordinating diaries, booking meetings, and sending reminders. The apprentice will also answer incoming phone calls and direct queries appropriately to support smooth communication within the team and with clients.
Customer Care and Business Support: Providing excellent customer service will be key, including responding to enquiries, assisting with customer follow-ups, and handling complaints professionally. The apprentice will also support other departments as needed, offering flexibility and gaining exposure to different areas of the business.
Training:
1 day a week college training via teams The rest of the traning will take place at the workplace
