Apprentice Hospitality Team member
Not exhaustive but duties will include:
Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks at the bar – including alcoholic beverages. Serve food. Take food and drink orders at the till. Clear tables and keep the bar clear. Keep the drinks fridges fully stocked. Keep snacks shelves fully stocked. Support the chefs as necessary in the kitchen in preparing food/deserts and washing up. Open/close down of the pub.Training:
Online mandatory training including Food Hygiene and Health and Safety online with legislation. Apprenticeship is delivered through East Sussex College. On-the-job training.
Training Outcome:
L3 in a suitable hospitality area according to the wants and needs of the individual and business.

Working Hours :
Shift patterns vary but will be a 5 day working week with 2 days off to include 4 days on site plus 1 day in college as required. Days and times to be confirmed.
