Quality Technician Apprentice

Support incoming inspection of components and raw materials for conformance to specifications.  Document quality control activities and inspection results accurately. Help investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.). Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, including inspection procedures and work instructions. Learn and apply IPC-A-610 and other relevant quality standards in PCBA manufacturing. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are met. Support with Diagnosing faults, to return parts to the customer specification. Assist in the inspection and testing of PCBA products. Support with onsite audits.

Training:

Training will be provided with Hartlepool College of Further Education and will be on a day-release basis.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.30pm. Friday, 8.00am to 2.30pm.
