A high-end private island retreat in the Caribbean is looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and oversee a diverse hospitality team. This role blends luxury service, strategic leadership, and purpose-driven hospitality in a stunning wellness-focused setting.

What You’ll Do:

Lead resort operations, guest services, and team performanceManage budgets, vendor relationships, and cost controlsMaintain luxury standards across all areas of the propertyWork closely with ownership on strategic planningSupport marketing, partnerships, and mission-aligned initiatives

You Bring:

Caribbean experience is a MUST6+ years in a GM or senior leadership role in luxury hospitalityProven operational, financial, and team management skillsStrong guest service background with HNW clientelePassion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-led travel
