Teaching Assistant

Integra Education are currently hiring for teaching assistants in the Northwich area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing assistance to pupils across the ages of 5-11 years old in both individual and group settings.

Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation, delivery, and student supervision. Provide support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs. Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Offer one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance. Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to teachers when necessary

The ideal candidate should have:

Hold relevant qualifications (Level 2 TA / CACHE Level 2) - desirable Previous teaching assistant experience Previous SEN experience is desirable Be flexible and patient Be able to communicate effectively within a team
