Role: Residential Conveyancer Location: Wirral Hybrid Working Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-established, supportive team with the flexibility of hybrid working? Our client, an established forward-thinking firm based on the Wirral, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join their structured and experienced property department. The Role: You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and remortgages. The firm prides itself on delivering a personal and professional service to its loyal client base.
