Things you will be doing as a Hotel Operations Manager:

Work with the General Manager to run the business day-to-day Implement brand standards Liaise with the local market to ensure the property reflects the area Select, review and interview potential employees Help build a strong employee brand and inspire your team

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

An extensive F&B background A strong background in independent establishments A strong understanding of P&Ls. Are driven and passionate about the industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills
