Location: Preston, Office-based

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled 3rd Line Engineer to join our Managed Services Provider (MSP) client. As the final escalation point for all technical issues, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery while gaining exposure to regular project work (office moves, email/O365 migrations etc.). This position is ideal for a proactive and experienced individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the final point of escalation for technical issues, providing expert resolution. Assist with infrastructure support, including Azure, Microsoft 365, server administration, and related technologies. Collaborate on project work, contributing your expertise to deliver innovative solutions. Ensure smooth functionality and efficiency of IT systems within a managed service framework.

Requirements:

Proven experience in infrastructure support (e.g., Azure, M365, Server Administration). Prior experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. A passion for technology and continuous learning.

Paying up to 45k, depending on experience.

Office based.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
